Although it is tucked right in the middle of Mesa where it can be or seem like a concern, it's not. It was peaceful,well kept and property management and owners gave me a real sense of easy going and care about there patrons. It's so very close to just about all places and attractions near by in all directions with access to the major shopping centers. Near both the US-60 and the US 202. I would highly recommend this Suites for not only great value but, a place to kick your feet up and power down from stressful hindering and just relax.

The guy's who run the hotel are very nice and accomaditaing. Great place to stay very quiet and mattresses are brand new memory foam. We were there for about 6 months and never had any issues. The family room was great because it had a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms. I would have no problem referring tethered or staying there again. This is our 2nd time staying there. The prices are great for what you get. I would decently give it a 4.5 star rating.

It was quiet and a great price. Unfortunately, first night my key didn't work and I was locked out. They will not assist you after, I think it said 11pm for an extra key. That was a horrible adventures but the other two nights was awesome! Management lives on property, but they are professional and I didn't see them except during business hours

The room was very comfortable. The free wifi allowed for me to get work done on my computer. The bed, shower, refrigerator, and microwave were all in good condition. Everything was very comfortable and affordable. Great bang for your buck.

The staff was excellent I got checked in right away and didn't have to wait I locked my keys a couple of times and they were really kind of unlock the door for me so I would say I had a great time the pool was excellent the room was excellent
